Refund and Replacement Policy

If an item shows up significantly different from its description, customers must provide photograph of the poor quality print or damaged area, contact us within 5 days after receiving it via [email protected]. Once we have reviewed this information, a refund will be made based on the evidence provide by the customer.

Requirements for a Refund

+ Item(s) must be unopened and in its original condition.

+ Item(s) must be returned in all original packaging and with accessories and paperwork

+ Item(s) must be returned using an insured and traceble shipping method.

Returns must be postmarked on or before the 30th day following the date of receipt.

Shipping fee will NOT be refundable once items have been shipped.

Refunds will be issued back to the form of payment used.

Product defects due to your security zone (as long as the shipping carrier confirms the order has been delivered) are NOT eligible for returns and refunds. We will NOT refund in case you REFUSE to receive.

Note: We do NOT offer refunds or returns on any products purchased during a sale or special promotion period.
